The Aberdare Country Club, a former private English villa, is not far from Petra's home, and features relaxing, wonderful gardens with tropical trees and flowers. There you can swim in their pool, play golf or tennis, go riding, or just enjoy the comfortable restaurant with its African and international cuisine while soaking in a spectacular view of Mt. Kenya. In the club owned game sanctuary, you can go for a small walking safari, where you are guaranteed to meet up with some zebras, giraffes and antelopes.
