In the late morning Petra will bring you to the Aberdare Country Club where you will enjoy a wonderful lunch.
Before leaving for the Ark in the early afternoon, you can take your time, go for a swim or have a nice walk through the sanctuary. Early afternoon you will be driven into the Aberdare Park to the lodge, called The Ark. In this so-called, Salient Zone, people are expected to be quiet and only animals are allowed to make noise.

The lodge has friendly personnel and offers delicious meals and special drinks.
Your stay within this pleasant ambience you will remember forever.
The Ark which looks like a ship is situated near a saltlick where you can watch day in and day out the visits of the wild animals who come very close to the building.
At night you can choose to be wakened if one of the big five comes into view.
For your safety guests are not allowed to leave the lodge.Early next morning you will have a nice breakfast in the Ark, after which you will be driven back to the Aberdare Country Club. Petra awaits you here and will bring you back to Sandai, where you can digest your newly won impressions.
