Painting Weekend with Patrick Ng’ang’a
for beginners and advanced painters
Don’t miss this exciting weekend
May 6th, 7th and 8th 2011
Patrick Ng’ang’a will lead you through a superb painting experience. Patrick started painting in 1993 as a self taught artist. He has experimented with a wide variety of painting techniques from human figure painting, naturalistic art to abstract painting. He has exhibited in various group exhibitions at the Gallery of Contemporary Art – National Museum of Kenya and Gallery Watatu. He was a member of Kuona Trust before he left Nairobi to work in rural Kenya.
He joined Kenyatta University where he graduated with a bachelor of Education degree (Fine Art). He is currently completing his master of Art degree in Fine Art (Painting) in the same university through the school – based programme. He is also a full-time Art teacher at Kamwenja Teachers’ Training College in Nyeri.
