Since we have a holiday coming up on the 1st of June, we have decided to run the Yoga Weekend from Saturday the 30th of May till 1st of June, you are welcome to arrive still on Friday if it suits you.

In Petra's welcoming oasis of peace, amidst untouched nature, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, we will embark on a three-day journey of deep relaxation, rejuvenation and healing. We will explore nature, we will practice healing Kundalini Yoga kriyas with long relaxations, powerful meditations, pranayams (breathing techniques) and yoga nidra (yogic sleep), we will learn simple but powerful techniques to efficiently deal with stress and tension. We will also look at the importance of a healthy diet in combating stress and improving vitality and share nutritional advice.
This workshop is suitable for beginners as well as people with experience in (kundalini) yoga and/or meditation, and is open to both men and women of all ages and from all backgrounds.
I am Parmeet Kaur, mother of four, kundalini yoga teacher (as thaught by Yogi Bhajan) and music therapist. Childbirth, for me, was also my rebirth – to this life of yoga. Kundalini Yoga connects me to something much higher than myself.
This inspired me to seek new tools to enhance my body and mind’s consciousness and help others heal and master their body, mind, voice and soul.
