A true polymath, Petra has mastered various skills and crafts including flying, tour guiding, safari driving, reflexology, candle making, jewelry crafting, and weaving. As well as having lead two childrens homes over the course of her life. She is also a devoted conservationist, having planted over thousands of trees together with her conservation and afforestation group, CAFF<br \/>around rural Kenya.<br \/>As a devoted mother of four children-Jessi, Sina, Yves, and Tessa-Petra&#8217;s nurturing spirit extends to her role as Director at Sandai. She oversees the weaving workshop, the Loom Caf\u00e9, and day-to-day operations, infusing every aspect with creativity<br \/>and meticulous care. After<br \/>completing her degree as a pastry chef in Germany. In January 2024, Tessa officialy took a lead role in the family business. With years of experience in tour guiding, hosting, safaris, bookings and guest management, she brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to every guest&#8217;s experience.   <\/p>\n<p>Fluent in English and German, and proficient in Swahili, Tessa plays a pivotal role at Sandai as the Director and Head of Staff and Operations.
